"Worst experience ever, we were alone in the middle of nowhere, no security whatsoever, no personel on the grounds, no lobby no security guard, and 0 pivacy! Glass door with no curtains, anyone passing outside can clearly see our bed fully. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it"
